If the music in The Classics post was not enough for you, don't fret! There is plenty of music from this time period to go around. Here is a list of some of the lesser known, but no less lovely, songs of the time. Since many of them were recorded by two or more artists, I've listed each of the performers that recorded them. (I kept it to the big names of the 40's and 50's though - more modern covers will be in future posts.) That way, you can choose your favorite version, or your favorite crooner. No matter what, you can't go wrong with these classy tunes.
